Consultations. PEAK does not have a showroom. If you want to talk through a build, confirm fitment or compare options, book a free 30 minute consultation by video call or phone. Email sales@peakbuilt.com.au with your preferred day and time window and we will confirm by email.

Orders, deliveries and claims. Please quote your PEAK order number in every message about an existing order. For transit damage or warranty claims, include photos; see our Refund Policy for what we need.

Warehouse collection. Selected orders can be collected from our fulfilment partner Bulk Group, 147 Bayliss Road, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, excluding public holidays. This is a working freight warehouse with no retail counter, so collection is by arrangement only. We email you when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please do not attend before you receive that email.
